This is an image of the ridge leading to the 6,500 ft peak of Mount McGuire. The climb to this ridge is exceptionally steep involving a fair bit of scrambling and a lot of effort. I arrived here on a misty afternoon in mid August and waited in the freezing cold for 3 hours until the light finally broke through the clouds. The resulting image is one of my all time favorites.
